Our Process
We work from your approved plans and engineering specifications, beginning with wall framing — bottom plates, studs, top plates, and bracing. We then progress through roof framing including rafters, ridge beams, and trusses. Once the frame is complete and inspected, we install external cladding, fascia, barge boards, and all external windows and doors to achieve full lockup. Every stage is built to engineering specs and passes mandatory inspections before we move forward.

Lockup is the construction stage where the building is made weatherproof — the frame is up, the roof is on, external cladding is installed, and all external windows and doors are fitted. This allows internal trades (plumbing, electrical, insulation) to begin work in a protected environment.
